to fully apply this approach. We provide a nationwide maintenance
service on fixed price annual contracts or an individually priced basis
with short-term solutions available to cover staff holidays and sickness
as well as those days when everything seems to break down at once. Power

be secure in the knowledge that the people responsible for looking after
it are dependable, trustworthy and accountable. We are often called
to breakdown situations where the machine has been stopped for 2 days
or more despite in-house or locally sourced attempts to trace the fault. With
more than 40 years of systems-engineering experience, our staff are keenly
aware of the unique characteristics and operating issues associated with
servicing today’s production facilities. Customer satisfaction is our
paramount goal. We meet and exceed this by providing the highest quality
service, coupled with continual communication to each of our customers.
We work together with you to gain a thorough understanding of your specific
needs. This allows us to customize a flexible program that will work best
for you. PDS serves as a trusted partner and advisor for a growing list
of nationwide manufacturers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We offer EU customers a comprehensive
24hr repair and emergency replacement service for many drives. Our service area isn’t limited
to the UK; we have travelled throughout Europe and the Far East, often
at the request of a previously satisfied UK customer. Services from the
total refurbishment of drives to custom environmental protection are available,
most of which can be carried out on or off-site by teams of specially
trained engineers.

Visual inspection of all panels (as per agreed list). Inspection
of wiring, gland connection and operation of external control devices
and emergency-stop system. Also to include a report on the findings of
the visit, together with recommendations of action beneficial to continued
reliable operation. Work is to be carried out during customer’s summer
shutdown period, and the customer undertakes to have an operator and any
required materials available to run the machine for inspection purposes. Total price:
